Cancellation Of An Order Prior To Despatch:
To cancel an order prior to dispatch
you must contact us immediately by telephone or email or preferably both and any payment taken by debit/credit card will be refunded.
If the order has already been dispatched then you must refer to returns policy terms and conditions.

Cancellation Of An Order After Despatch:
You may cancel your order up to 7 days after receiving goods this being the day you signed for the goods the goods may be returned to us in a unused/unworn state and still in sealed or unopened packaging.

Returns Policy:
Any goods purchased from party paradise online can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 7 working days from delivery of goods to you (i.e.this being the day you signed and received the goods).All goods returned to us for exchange or refund must be unused,unworn and retained in its original packaging(you cannot cut open packaging) with all labels and tags intact.party paradise online are not manufacturers and therefore need to resell the goods returned so goods must be received back to us in the same condition they were prior to despatch.Please note that any goods returned to us that have anything missing or are damaged in any way then a refund will not be given.
To return goods to us you must contact us first to obtain a authorised returns number you will also need order numbers and delivery details which will be found on your invoice.(failure to receive an authorised returns number could cause a significant delay in refund).Please Note that a £2.00 packing and handling charge is payable on all goods returned and in circumstances where you the customer has chosen the £4.50 postal option but a courier service has been used when orders have been too large to send by royal mail you will incur the extra £3.50 charge for the outgoing parcel.When returning goods to us we strongly recommend that you choose a method of postage that requires a signature the goods are your sole responsibility until they are received by us and must be returned to us in the same condition they were prior to despatch.Please note that all packaging and postage costs for sending and returning goods remain your responsibility and under no circumstances will these costs be reimburst to you unless this was agreed in writing by party paradise online and this will only be agreed in the most extreme circumstances.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible after the goods have been received by us and we endeavour to refund within 30 calender days from receipt of the goods by us.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any interest payments incurred if refund takes place beyond your credit/debit card payment date.

Returns Faulty Goods:
All of our goods are throughly checked and cross checked for faults prior to despatch to make sure that they are working the right colour,quantity and description to avoid dissapointment on delivery.
All Packaging is carefully selected to ensure that your goods reach you in good condition.
if you receive a package that is damaged you must contact us immediately and we will contact the carriers as this could be due to mishandling in transit.
Please contact us as soon as possible via email or telephone stating the reason of the fault.
When returning goods back to us that are faulty we will try where is possible to arrange to send you some pre paid packaging so that you can return the goods back to us at no cost to yourselves.
If you have to return goods because they are faulty we will offer you a refund or exchange
